Partial fix to the issue for overlap among the LRO WAC framelets (#397)

* Incremental improvement to PushFrame sensor model

Wipe distortion which was not needed

Add params to account for overlap among framelets

Remove a lot of debug messages

Some more touch ups

* Fix the tests, and add a LRO WAC PushFrame sensor dataset

* Add some comments and make notation more uniform

* Bugfix for installation dir

* Bugfix: Do not install eigen. It does not do it properly.

* read num_lines_overlap from JSON file if present

* Fix tests too
