Added USECAMSTATSTBL to caminfo (#4597)

* Added USECAMSTATSTBL parameter to caminfo with tests.

* Updated tests with typo. Added caminfo history and updated Changelog.

* Added error test for no CameraStatistic Table.

* Updated USCAMSTATSTBL to be used only with CAMSTATS. Updated caminfo to include all keywords from CameraStatistics.

* fixed merge changes in changelog.

* Reverted typo fix for "AspectRatioMaximun"

* Reverted changes to match dev.

* Fixed unit test failure with deleted line.

* Added old keywords and updated tests

* Removed debug and old test

* Updated docs

* Fixed units tags
