* Active surface files for Medicina (#679)

* Fix #625, added files for Medicina Active Surface.

They yet have to be tested

* Fix #625, added some missing configuration files for Medicina AS

* Fix #625, brought the Medicina Active Surface Boss component up to date.

* Fix #625, fixed the wrong component implementation name in Medicina CDB

* Fixed .gitignore

* added AS CDB files under Configuration directory

* Fix #625, added GUIs for Medicina Active Surface

Both the MedicinaActiveSurfaceManagementGUI and MedicinaActiveSurfaceGUI were added.
