SRT weather station component moved into Common part. The same device is in use at Medicina so the same component will be deployed. The name update from SRTWetherStation to WeatherStation. The station based interfaces are now removed and merged into the common one. Both SRT and Medicina will handle the weather station through the GenericWeatherStation inteface. Also the MeteoClient has been added to Medicina.
